§2

User data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).

The Administrator applies appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access or modification.

In certain cases, the Administrator may be required to provide information to authorized public bodies under applicable law.

§3

The Administrator collects the following personal data:

  • email address (if the User contacts the Administrator via email or contact form),
  • data contained in correspondence voluntarily sent by the User.

The legal basis for processing personal data is:

  • Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR – the User’s consent,
  • Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – performance of a service or response to a request,
  • Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR – the Administrator’s legitimate interest (e.g. analytics, defense against claims).

Collected data is used for:

  • responding to inquiries submitted via contact forms or email,
  • providing information about services (upon request),
  • preparing non-binding commercial proposals,
  • statistical and administrative purposes (site analytics),
  • marketing communication — only upon explicit consent.

Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to receive a response or enter into cooperation.

Personal data is stored only for the time necessary to achieve the stated purposes or until the User withdraws consent.

§4

The Administrator uses Google Analytics to analyze website traffic and user behavior. No cookies or tracking scripts are used beyond standard Google Analytics implementation. No user profiling or remarketing is performed.

§5

Personal data may be processed by trusted external entities acting on behalf of the Administrator, including:

  • Google LLC – in connection with Google Analytics data processing (data may be transferred outside the EEA based on Standard Contractual Clauses).
  • Formspree Inc. – for contact form processing (GDPR-compliant data processing, service hosted in the USA, more information: https://formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy/).

The Administrator does not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.

§6

The User has the right to:

  • access their personal data,
  • correct or delete it,
  • restrict or object to its processing,
  • request data portability,
  • withdraw consent at any time — without affecting the legality of prior processing.

To exercise these rights, the User may contact the Administrator via: {{ site.Params.contact_email }}

§7

If the User believes that their personal data is being processed unlawfully, they have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Poland.
